Glazed Moroccan Zellij

Our traditional, handmade, hand-glazed zellij tiles are produced in Morocco using centuries-old techniques. Real zellij tile is characterised by their tiny imperfections with variation in shape, colour and sheen.  Made from natural clay, no two zellij tiles are the same and are prized for their perfectly imperfect look. Traditionally zellij tiles are installed as close together as possible with little or no grout spacing.
